Normal cabin rental is weekly, Saturday to Saturday.  We will rent by the night, but we have a 2 night minimum.  The nightly rates are noted below and extra people beyond what the cabin accommodates is also noted below (IF there is room in the cabin for extra people).  Tax on your rental is 6% Michigan state tax, and 1% UPTRA (Upper Peninsula Travel and Recreation Association) tax, for a total of 7%.

CEDAR/MAPLE:  These cabins rent for $800.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $155.00/night plus tax.  Each of these cabins have one bathroom with a standup shower, 1 bedroom suitable for 2 people (a full size bed) and both have a screened-in porch. 

 

BEECH/BIRCH/SPRUCE:  These cabins rent for $935.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $175.00/night plus tax.   Each of these cabins have one bathroom with a standup shower, 2 bedrooms and are suitable for 4 people (Beech and Birch have full size beds, Spruce has queen beds).  These cabins also all have screened-in porches.  

 

PINE:  This cabin rents for $1225.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $215.00/night plus tax. The Pine cabin has one bathroom with a standup shower, 4 bedrooms and is suitable for a family of 6 (or 6 people ages 13 and up). If you have small children ages 12 and under and would like to rent Pine, please let us know and we will be able to give you pricing and whether or not the cabin has room to accommodate more than 6.  Pine has a queen bed downstairs, one room upstairs with a twin bed, one room upstairs with a full size bed, and one room upstairs with two full size beds.  There is a big porch on this cabin that is not screened in, and there is a porch swing.

If you need to add another guest(s) to a cabin other than Pine, please ask and we will see if we can accommodate you. Pricing will vary dependent on cabin.

We accept personal checks, money order, Venmo (friends to friends, @Faye-Burson), or a credit card with Stripe. Payment in full is required immediately upon booking.  If payment isn't received, then we will remove you from the reservation book and your cabin will be available for other renters.   

 

If you use a credit card with Stripe for your booking, a fee for this service will be on your transaction. They charge us a percentage and a fee, and we pass this along to you. This is itemized out when you click on the link to pay. 

 

Please notify us immediately if you must cancel your reservation.  Our policy is as follows:

Full refunds minus a $50.00 booking fee per cabin are given with a 90-day cancellation notice. 
61-90 day cancellation is $100 per reservation plus the $50.00 booking fee per cabin. 
31-60 day cancellation is $200 per reservation plus the $50.00 booking fee per cabin. 
30 days or less cancellation fee will be your entire reservation amount less the tax.  
 

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on your arrival date.  We can often accommodate early arrivals, but please check with us first!  

Check-out time is NO LATER than 10:00 a.m. EST on your departure date.
