Normal cabin rental is weekly, Saturday to Saturday.  We will rent by the night, but we have a 2 night minimum.  The nightly rates are noted below and extra people beyond what the cabin accommodates is also noted below (IF there is room in the cabin for extra people).  Tax on your rental is 6% Michigan state tax, and 1% UPTRA (Upper Peninsula Travel and Recreation Association) tax, for a total of 7%.

CEDAR/MAPLE:  Each of these cabins have one bathroom with a standup shower, 1 bedroom suitable for 2 people (a full size bed) and both have a screened-in porch.  These cabins rent for $660.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $150.00/night plus tax.  

 

BEECH/BIRCH/SPRUCE:  Each of these cabins have one bathroom with a standup shower, 2 bedrooms, and are suitable for 4 people (Beech and Birch have full size beds, Spruce has queen beds).  These cabins also all have screened-in porches.  These cabins rent for $800.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $175.00/night plus tax.  

 

PINE:  This cabin has one bathroom with a standup shower, 4 bedrooms, and is suitable for a family with more than 4 people (queen bed downstairs, one room upstairs with a twin bed, one room upstairs with a full size bed, one room upstairs with two full size beds).  There is a big porch on this cabin that is not screened in, and there is a porch swing.  This cabin rents for $935.00 per week plus tax (7%).  Nightly rate is $200.00/night plus tax. 

 

Extra people past the first family of 4; each person (adult 18 and over) is $200.00 per week, each person (age 13-17) is $130.00 per week, each person (12 and under) is $81.00 per week (all of these prices are also plus 7% tax).  

We accept personal checks, money order, Venmo (@Faye-Burson), PayPal or Square (for credit card use with a fee) for your rental payment. Payment in full is required immediately upon booking.  If payment isn't received, then we will remove you from the reservation book and your cabin will be available for other renters.   

 

If you use a credit card with PayPal or Square for your booking, a fee for this service will be on your invoice (4%).  You will receive an email from us with a breakdown of charges followed by an invoice from PayPal or Square and deltaresort1963@gmail.com for payment in full.  Dana (Burson) Lafrenz will be the contact person on the invoice, our daughter.  She handles all invoicing and payments.  

 

Please notify us immediately if you must cancel your reservation.  Our policy is as follows:

Full refunds minus a $50.00 booking fee per cabin are given with a 90-day cancellation notice. 
61-90 day cancellation is $100 per reservation plus the $50.00 booking fee per cabin. 
31-60 day cancellation is $200 per reservation plus the $50.00 booking fee per cabin. 
30 days or less cancellation fee will be your entire reservation amount less the tax.  
 

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on your arrival date.  We can often accommodate early arrivals.  Please check with us first!  

Check-out time is NO LATER than 10:00 a.m. EST on your departure date.
